Subject: Mandrake 2008
hi all i have installed the new mandrake 2008 . but im not able to compile my c programs in it . it says gcc comand not found.. how to install these . when i open the software package i have installed it shoes as it is there . thanks

Hey Buddy! You have definitly installed it and not running of the live cd yes? Sorry for the silly question. Can you also supply the full name and extension of this program you are tring to compile. Kind Regards

OS X 10.4.11 and Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10, not forgetting fedora :D

You need to install GCC. Did you install it? How? You should use the graphical Add/Remove applications program in Madnriva to install it if you haven't.
