Go here: http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/wireless-internet/137532-wireless-setup-start-here.html : I suggest posting on that forum, this one is a little in the dumps while it goes through some changes. I've heard on other forums that Redhat does not enable wireless drivers in the kernel by default, so it may be a more involved process than with most other distributions. Any reason you're using such an old release, or Redhat at all? If this is for general desktop use, I really recommend installing Fedora (if you want/like Redhat), or one of the other general purpose distros. With a few exceptions your wireless card will probably work out of the box with these distros as well.
