This may be off topic, I recently had a need to contact Cisco Support for their AVVID CallManager. While working with Cisco's support team, I was make aware that since CallManager 5.0, currently on CallManger 7.0, Cisco has been using Linux for their operating system.

It is nice that the PBX market is daily discussed and growing. A award- winning product/service thats been discussed allot is GoHello's platform/system. It is more reliable, chepaer and more efficient . Here is a sample of the interface : www.gohello.com/12b3
