Today is Labor Day, a legal holiday in the US that also serves as our unofficial "last gasp of summer" three-day weekend. We'll be back on a regular posting schedule tomorrow.

Unlike other holidays, Labor Day celebrates something by avoiding it.

Nathan
A legal holiday in the U.S.. Is one which we get a day off work. Day of the dead we still work. Therefore the first poster is correct and you need to do a bit more studying on U.S. legal holidays.
Cheers

Oh no! A thousand pardons, officer -- somehow I must have missed the word "legal" in the original post. I'll pause right now to go read through it out loud a couple dozen times, after which I'll head off to the US Legal Holidays Library, for another 80-100 hours of intensive study. I'll give you a call when I'm ready to take my final exam.

PS - And I'll be happy to return that "Field Guide to Irony" for ya, since you don't appear to be using it.
