Let's make it more simple:
1. Best Distro for startup scripts (easy to manage/locate)
2. Best Distro for learning (the real problem is when there is no problem to solve)
3. Best Distro for stability (breaking it is another problem) :-)
4. Best Distro OVERALL (wtf! this should do!)
