Not sure of the Legal Ramifications

PCLinuxOS MiniMe and Tinyme (descendants of the Mandriva Family) both actually include a package of windows Drivers in the NDISWrapper directory, one only has to select one from those listed. I'm not sure of the legal ramifications of this, being "nonfree" drivers, but they do it, and have included this feature for nearly a year(that I know of).

Seems like a perfect solution to the problem of locating the drivers themselves.

Return to KNDISwrapper is half-done, but far from half-baked
