KNDISwrapper is half-done, but far from half-baked

ndisgtk works for me, (ubuntu on Acer Aspire One to get the LEDs working). Hope this works as well for all the KDE users who need ndis. Installing ndiswrapper via the shell is not hard, but sometimes it is nice to be lazy.
