I'd have to kindly disagree with you on the phrase "...for small projects... ". We use on a couple of large government projects :) I have trialed several low cost bug tracking systems in my ten years in business and now that I have Mantis I am finally happy. The base product is great, but throw in the time tracking and the wiki integration and I am in heaven. My clients love it also. I am even writing some reports for it that we plan to distribute to the Mantis community.
