This thing has "fail" written all over it, what with the locked down experience, the pretend Windows interface, and then...
"The company says it has no plans to open source its software; providing it does not modify any GPLed code and just uses it as it stands, it does not have to release its work."
I'd like to see them defend that position in court, but I guess someone would actually have to read the licence before showing up.
