Why is there instructions for having a weak random number generator, people will forget to revert it back and it will lead to weak security overall.

I'm sure nobody will try to create 100 certificates just to try the application, they can wait for the random number generation. If you want it to be quick, just wave your mouse, type something, ping somewhere on the network, to provide entropy to the random number generator.
