Hmm. I think the installation of phpMyAdmin is worth it. It is much more in-depth, with everything you could possibly need. A few extra MB won't hurt anyways. phpMinAdmin just seems incomplete...
Nice project though. If it got just a few more functions I would definitely consider it.
