Improve system performance by moving your log files to RAM

While I agree that this really won't improve performance, it does seem useful for flash based devices where you don't want to write too often - although flash based devices rarely need to store huge amount of logs, and when they do it's almost never feasible to do on the flash itself anyway.

So, I only see this useful for very non-general situations.
