Avoid latency while editing remote files using bcvi

KDE's implementation of the fish protocol using kio slaves gives similar results. All apps that support kio slaves such as konqueror and kate can be used to browse the remote server and edit files. Since a temporary copy of the file is held locally by the text editor kate latency isn't a problem. Also since it uses the fish protocol all the remote server needs is ssh running.
