Synchronize directories with Komparator and KDiff3

For general synchronization, I find shell script + unison-gtk (with profiles) + ssh easiest to use - it's lightweight, fast and there's minimal setup time.
Though I'm sure users who prefer the full GUI experience would welcome the tools mentioned in this article!
