You can add Analog TV yourself.
With version 1.09 (the reviewed version), here is how:
Open the script: /home/earmusic/.ear/digital-tv.sh
with your favorite editor and change kaffeine to the application you want, for example xawtv or tvtime.
With the newest version 1.10, here is how:
Open the script from a terminal: sudo gedit /etc/ear/digital-tv.sh
and change kaffeine to the application you want, for example xawtv or tvtime.

Now you have analog TV in the main menu :-)
