Hi - another Tool I know about which is very useful and doesn't cost anything is yWriter. It was coded by a writer who happens to be a programmer as well :-) (or vica versa). The current Version is 4, you can download it here: http://www.spacejock.com/yWriter4.html
There are also instructions on how to install yWriter4 to a USB-Drive - enjoy ;-) !
