Trying to find usefulness in this project. Most useful apps out there are either already in the standard repos, in medibuntu, or already provide downloadable deb packages of their own, so compiling from source is becoming less and less common. Even for 64-bit distros.
When too lazy/impatient to compile, I have used <a href="http://www.getdeb.net">GetDeb</a> in the past. which shows just what packages they have available for a specific architecture and version. There's plenty of non-free stuff there. However, if you are looking to pay for something, I guess CNR will gladly assist in separating you from your cash.
