Hello,
Nexuiz is a cool game, and so is Alien Arena 2008. But Hands Down the best GNU FPS game is Open Arena. Check out the new .76 version at their website www.openarena.ws . Open Arena is the best, since it is basically quake 3 arena with new artwork, maps, models.
I encourage everyone to try Open Arena.
I also play the freeware Urban Terror, which curretnly consumes about half my playing time.
