Yeah. "McSlide" makes about as much sense as that crazy preacher Jeremiah Wright. This case needs to end, and someone needs to pierce that corporate veil.

I remember trying OpenLinux back in the Caldera days. You're right, it was pretty decent.

Fortunately, we have plenty of good distros to go around--the Ubuntu family, its progenitor Debian, CentOS/RHEL, Mandriva, Slackware, Yellow Dog, and plenty of others (no SuSE due to Novell's treason in '06). I've really gotten into Debian and *ubuntu over the last couple of years. And the BSD's ain't at all shabby, either--good enough for Yahoo, and HotMail before the MS buyout!
