A very good update on the current thinking of professional investors. One thing you may want to include in future articles is the push-back some VCs are seeing from open source executives. If the cost to capitalize an open source company is less then there is less of a need for an open source executive to have to service the needs of a professional investor. Also, there is a threshold where it no longer makes sense to sell 40-60% of your ownership when your own credit card may contain enough capital to fund the company. Many possibilities are emerging from the open source world.
