Everyone seems to be looking at this from a home user perspective but what about the business implications.
With more Enterprise Systems using web interfaces surely this could become the ultimate thin client OS.
Cheap, low spec and low cost hardware that just needs to be able to boot and connect to the network with applications and content being delivered via the browser with all data saved on the backend. No configuration to be done, no need to tweak local settings and if the device breaks just need to swap it ou and carry on working so you can cut the support down to virtually nothing. Cheap to run and maintain as well which should please the green lobby. So it's back to dumb terminals.
