When it comes to TV and copyright some shows are not allowed to be copied then other you are allowed 1 copy then other are allow infinite copies but this is just for personal use but NBC has announced they going to start distributing their content over the bittorrent network in the near future so once thats done I don't see how you could claim any copyright
