Tugzip is nice, I used it years ago under Wine, and sometimes still use it, but it's not the same as using a native application for Linux as PeaZip (or Xarchiver).
Best wishes for the Tugzip's port to open source, but as far as I know it is targeted for 4 release and is under construction since 2005! After it will be released, then it will need further work to make it system-aware under Linux (file associations, menus etc), so I think a native Tugzip version for Linux is not so near, and as I said I tend to prefer native applications over ones running in Wine.
