Extinguish communication blues with OpenFire

I've been using Openfire at my company for internal IM for 6 months or so and it has been great. Spark (on Windows) is a little sluggish for my tastes, but the users don't seem to mind. I have it integrated with AD so user management is a non-issue. All in-all a really great piece of software. For a relatively trivial fee (I think $5 /user/year) you can get the "enterprise" version (which is really just a plugin for the OSS software) that enables reporting and a handful of other features which are sure to make the suits happy. So yeah, if you are looking for an internal IM server, I can't recommend Openfire enough.
