Unless you NEVER download yEnc-encoded binaries, Pan is really the only choice out there. However, it's user interface is not intuitive - even if you come from Free Agent, as I did - and there is next to zero documentation, so you'll be scratching your head a bit until you figure it out. It's not that hard - if you're into news reading at all, you'll figure it out. And it does the job.
