I tried Vbox on Ubuntu64 with two AMD duals (825). When I tried to load XP-64 it came up and told to get a 64 bit CPU. I think they still have some work to do. I would like to move away from VMServer hosted on Windows servr 2003 .... but not untill there is something else that works. Credit where credit is due: VBOX user interface and VRDP are so much better than VMServer's 2.0 interface that there is no comparison. VBOX has the opportunity at this point to capitalize on this advantage.
Virtualbox on 64-bit Ubuntu works like a charm
