SCSI problem

Posted by: Anonymous [ip:] on December 27, 2007 03:10 PM
I tried to install pardus in vmware with recommended SCSI disk, but it doesn't install. So I removed SCSI disk and added IDE disk in VMware and it installed fine. I have installed it and enjoyed it for a while. Testing it in VMware I planned to install it in my laptop, which also has SCSI hard disk with 5 partitions, with different distros. When I started pardus kurulan it says there's only one partition and I was upset not being able to install it on my laptop. I tried ubuntu (8.04 Alpha 2), mint (4.0) they also had the same problem. Then I tried slackware 12, mepis 7.0 and I installed them with no problem to the specified partition. what could be the problem? any idea?

Return to Turkey's Pardus distro is easy to use
