Come on...have you never done a chart yourself?
How often would you make one from scratch? you always pull from some other data source - data base, tab delimitted flat file or otherwise - why wouldn't you include in that as part of your review?
As it is it's a poorly written overly general overview. You really need to do better to actually make these reviews more actionable and useful to readers.
