You have to have both ReMoot and Rewwwoot installed. Rewwwoot is a web interface to ReMoot. In case of using .deb-packages install remoot.deb first (rewwwoot depends on remoot). The <A HREF="http://remoot.wiki.sourceforge.net/rewwwoot"> wiki</A> explains it all.
Operating remoot/rewwwoot via a cellphone is not optimal (if not 3G or wifi enabled phone), so it's best if you use a PDA, N800 or something similar.
