Great tutorial, but I'm confused about one thing. In sshd_config you have

Port 16949

but in your example invocation of ssh you have

ssh remote1776@remotekereki.homelinux.com:9622

Sorry to be obtuse, but wouldn't that amount to initiating the ssh connection on a port different than the one on which sshd is listening?
