The whole licensing-mess is especially problematic for the free games movement (links: http://freegamer.blogspot.comhttp://libregamewiki.orghttp://freegamearts.tuxfamily.org ) Someone who has a clear head ( and is a bit better informed than the author of this article ;) ) should thing about the licensing crap and make a definite statement, so a discussion may finally begin.
