Pinning experimental in Debian

It's quite easy, just write the following in /etc/apt/preferences (create it if not there):
Package: *
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 900

Package: *
Pin: release a=sid
Pin-Priority: 900

Package: *
Pin: release a=experimental
Pin-Priority: 100

now, you have to explicitly say that you want a package from unstable
