At least, when some moron sends you a .doc file made with word,
you can read it by:
'strings foo.doc | less'
.Doc files made with OOo are not human-readable. . .
Also an inconvenience when searching your own OOo .doc files,
to locate a forgotten document.
Terminal and command line is just so EFFICIENT !!!
