it looks like version 11 will have native Outlook support. With Kolab, I believe you still need to pay $10 per seat for the Outlook client software. If this turns out to work, that would be an awesome feature to not need to install client software on every machine.

The other advantage of a product like this is appearance. Unfortunately, a lot of corporate environments have trouble adapting to different interfaces and cannot live without Outlook. Scalix seems to do a good job making it's web interface function and look like Outlook.

I like Kolab too, but sometimes (most times) the corporate mindset wins.
