The GPL doesn't require that you supply the source code on the LiveCD, just that you supply the source code if it is asked for.

Furthermore, it is certainly possible to bundle GPL software with non-GPL software on the same distro without violating the GPL.<nobr> <wbr></nobr>.. so maybe the software in question is not in fact GPL?

This may not be in the spirit of Free Software, but it certainly doesn't count as non-compliance.

Unless you can be more specific about the alleged infringements I will assume you are misled.
