These specialty chip makers are all the same now. They want to cloak the inner workings of the chip. Perhaps its competition (somebody finding something like the Intel bug?). They should just put on a standard cloaking interface.

I'm now buying a new fancy machine, latest Shuttle, AMD, and PCI express card. I now know from my last machine that Linux will take a year before it works, mainly because of the new chips. So, this is an XP game machine for a while.
