The same way RedHat does. If you don't want to release the modified source of GPL'ed projects, don't use it. Simple. If they deliver a good distribution, they will make money. If they don't, they will not. They choose Linux to base their 'OS' on, so they have to conform the rules, just like all other Linux company's.
